By accessing our Website and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). All bookings and payments made through this Website are processed by and are the sole responsibility of Aalima Hospitality.

2. Services and Limitations

We act as an authorized booking facilitator for safari tours and related hospitality services within and around Jim Corbett National Park.

• Our services include assisting you in booking safari permits, vehicle rentals, guides, and/or accommodation as selected during your booking process.
• Please Note: The issuance of final safari permits and entry into the national park is solely at the discretion of the concerned Forest Department of Jim Corbett National Park and is subject to their rules, regulations, and availability. We are not the final granting authority.
• Wildlife sightings are subject to natural factors and are not guaranteed. Park entry, routes, and zones are regulated by government authorities and may be altered or closed without prior notice due to weather, animal movement, or other regulatory decisions.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via major Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and other secure payment gateways.
• Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). We strive to ensure accurate pricing but reserve the right to correct errors and cancel bookings arising from such errors.
• Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once we receive full payment and issue a written confirmation voucher.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by You: Cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing via email at info@bookcorbettsafari.com.

Please be advised that safari permits, once booked, are typically NON-REFUNDABLE as per Forest Department policy. Refunds for other services (e.g., accommodation, transport) are subject to the policies of the respective service providers and may involve cancellation fees. Specific details will be provided at the time of booking.

Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., park closures, natural disasters, government orders). In such cases, we will offer a full refund of the amount paid to us for the cancelled service(s) or an alternative date, subject to your agreement.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process (full name, age, gender, valid government ID proof numbers, nationality, etc.).
• Carry the original copies of the same ID proofs used during booking for verification at the park entry point.
• Adhere to all rules and guidelines set by the Forest Department and our company while on the safari. This includes following the instructions of the guide, not littering, not feeding animals, and not getting down from the vehicle in the core area.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your data, including personal details and payment information, are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you consent to such processing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aalima Hospitality and its agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Cancellations or denials of entry by the Forest Department.
• Changes in safari routes, timings, or zones.
• Non-sighting of wildlife.
• Unforeseen events including accidents, natural calamities, weather conditions, acts of government, or other force majeure events.

Our total liability towards you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall be limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand, India.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
